Compton Abbas now Available for X-Plane

Orbx has released EGHA Compton Abbas Airfield for X-Plane 11.

EGHA Compton Abbas is situated 800 ft above sea level, south of Shaftesbury, in Dorset. It has spectacular views across some beautiful landscape and is classified as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty by the UK government.

Compton Abbas is known as one of the friendliest and most picturesque airfields in the UK. This reputation makes it a popular retreat for everyone; from pilots, students learning to fly and general members of the public who are looking for a great day out.

The package from Orbx is a detailed recreation of the real airfield that blends seamlessly with TrueEarth GB South. It features ground textures at a resolution of 15cm and 60cm per pixel along with custom vehicles. The surrounding area is modelled with large dense forests and green fields with custom ground polygons.

Compton Abbas is available over on OrbxDirect for AUD $24.95 (approx. $16.86 / €15,13 / £13.90).
