Aerosoft has released Lukla – Mount Everest – Extreme for Aerofly FS 2.
Designed by LimeSim and S3DD, the package is the successor to “Lukla X – Mount Everest”, one of the most popular scenery products from Aerosoft. This new version has been completely redesigned from the ground up and features five highly detailed airports (VNLK Lukla, VNSB Syangboche, VNPL Phaplu, VNKL Kangel Danda, VNRT Rumjatar), all with sloping runways, custom buildings and clutter such as vegetation, people, animals and vehicles.
Seven generic airports and 12 helipads are also included with tower positions and an accurate ground layout.
The scenery covers an area of 40,000km2 with hand-edited terrain mesh along with updated satellite imagery with more than 380,000 buildings and 60 million individually placed trees such as shrubs in alpine areas and tropical trees in the valley rain forests. An accurate rendition of Mt. Everest and surrounding area is included with custom VFR objects such as monasteries. A detailed mesh with rock and glacier outcrops around Mt. Everest base camp making helicopter landings there as challenging as they really are.
Lukla – Mount Everest – Extreme is available on the Aerosoft online shop for €30.20 (approx. £27/$34).
