X-Plane Touches Down in Belfast


UK2000 has announced Belfast International Xtreme for X-Plane 11 is out now.

The airport is the main gateway to Northern Ireland with almost five million passengers passing through it in a year. Flights to more than 75 destinations worldwide operate from Belfast, with main schedule services from easyJet, Jet2 and Aer Lingus. It is also home to RAF Aldergrove, which started as Royal Flying Corps training establishment during the World War One and the military base has been operational ever since. Belfast also has a cargo terminal, general aviation and flying club activity.

The package from UK2000 features detailed buildings, realistic UK runway markings with a full set of taxiway signage and 3D approach lights. It also comes with Physical Based Rendering (PBR) effects, ground routes for AI traffic and various animations such as road traffic and dozens of airport vehicles as well as static airliner and GA aircraft.
