Honeycomb Aeronautical CEO, Niki Repenning has revealed that the development of the Alpha Flight Controls system has been completed and the company is in the final stages of starting production.
He added that the Bravo Throttle Quadrant “is not far behind, all we’re waiting for now is for the tooling to be completed before starting mass production.”
The yoke was initially to be released in 2017, but production was delayed due to design changes to the mounting system. A final release date has not been confirmed, but the yoke is expected to retail for $199 (£156/€174approx).
The following video demonstrates the new improved mounting system.
